Our own, Katherine and Erica, IEDM and IEDP graduate students traveled to Guatemala with their advisor Dr. Maria Aguirre for their applied research project (ARP) that provides education to adults that have fallen out of education system. The project particularly focused on indigenous women that are key to an integral approach to Guatemala’s development effort as these women are the core of their family and community.
