Students accepted to The Catholic University of America have the opportunity to comprehensively study and research the science of economics.

We offer rigorous undergraduate and graduate programs that equip students with expertise in economic theory and its applications in microeconomics, macroeconomics, development, and public finance. Our students have opportunities for research, and access to a wide network of internship and job opportunities in both public and private sectors, as well as in Wall Street.

The focus on international development focus in our graduate programs brings a global perspective to our teaching and research. Students at all levels are encouraged to study abroad and conduct domestic or international research to expand their academic experience.

Financial Aid

The Catholic University of America offers several forms of financial assistance to qualified students. Eight out of every 10 full-time students at Catholic University receive some level of financial aid based on both need and academic potential.

Undergraduate students wishing to apply for a Parish Scholarship and/or a Legacy Grant must do so at the time of application.
