Guillermo Rivero has more than 20 years of managerial and consulting experience working with international development organizations, private companies, and local non-profits. His passion involves working with impactful businesses and pattern-breaking organizations that contribute to the common good. Guillermo has worked in over 20 countries in Africa, Asia, and the Americas leading change management initiatives, strategic planning processes, and business development strategies. He has also delivered courses and training programs on financial management, international business, organizational strategy, and venture creation to a wide range of institutions. Currently, Guillermo works at HKI as Director for Finance & Budget. Previously, he has held managerial positions with Pact, Root Change, Telefonica, and DHL International. Guillermo joined Catholic University of America in 2013. Guillermo has co-authored six books and written several articles on organizational topics.
