Dr. Leege is the Director of Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning Unit at Catholic Relief Services. He is a senior development professional with over twenty five years of experience, combining deep technical and management expertise, from strategic planning and project design to project management and evaluation. He has an extensive global field experience combined with a broad technical expertise in a range of sectors, with emphasis on agriculture, food security, rural finance, peace building, monitoring evaluation and research.
