  • Jonathan Harris is a professor for the Integral Economics Lab, which he began teaching in Spring 2017, as well as a Research Analyst for the National Association of Counties (NACo). Jonathan works on a wide range of research projects at NACo, and has authored or coauthored reports on affordable housing, state revenue limitations and mandates, service sharing, early childhood development, the gig economy and top county challenges, among others. He also serves as NACo’s liaison to the International Economic Development Task Force.
    Jonathan holds a M.A. in Integral Economic Development Policy from The Catholic University of America and a B.A. in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from Eastern University. Previously, Jonathan worked as a research and teaching assistant at Catholic University and taught English in Nicaragua.
